Shipping
Shipping Quotes are between the Buyer and the Seller. Final arrangements for shipping, and all costs associated with shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Any arrangement for shipping is a contract between the buyer and the seller. AfterGlow is not involved or a party to any arrangement and/or contract and expressly disclaims any responsibility thereunder. Furthermore, AfterGlow is not responsible for damage or breakage which may occur during packing and handling and shipping by your chosen shipper and/or packer. Handling, packing, and shipping is at the entire risk of the buyer and all claims should be filed with your chosen shipper/packer. No items should be released for shipping until payment has been received in full and all payments have cleared.

Buyers and Sellers participating in the After Glow: The Palm Springs Modernism Online Showcase acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
AfterGlow is a post-show production of the Palm Springs Modernism Show which is produced by Dolphin Promotions, Inc. P. O. Box 9335, Lombard IL 60148.
Sales: This is a BUY NOW sale, and the stated prices are dictated directly by the sellers.
Buyer Payment Portal: AfterGlow uses STRIPE which offers PAY NOW options. They are ACH Debit with (no fees) or Credit Card. Buyers paying with a Credit Card will be charged an additional 3% on the total price. Sales Tax will be calculated as dictated by laws of State of the seller.
Dealer Payments Post Sale: Dealers will be paid on each sale less the 5% service fee once all payments have been received and the sale has closed on March 1st.
Foundations and Experts: Due to the lack of industry standards in the art and furniture industry, AfterGlow does not vet or endorse any foundation or expert. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence into all foundations and experts.
Exhibitors Agreement: Exhibitors in AfterGlow agree to keep all sales transactions directly through the show website and no outside arrangements will be made while the sale is live on the www.palmspringsmodernism.com website.
